Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling during the busy holiday season, Lovell Holiday Lighting requires notice for all cancellations and reschedules, and deposits are nonrefundable once materials have been purchased or your installation date has been confirmed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Lovell Holiday Lighting, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind every installation we complete and guarantee that your display will be installed safely, securely, and exactly as agreed upon in your design plan.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the result, we’ll return promptly to make any reasonable adjustments, no questions asked. Our goal is to ensure your home looks exactly how you envisioned it, from the first night of the season to the last.
